Preparation of the existing Tower has begun, the intricate and heavy Sails are constructed in the traditional way and are fully functioning, they have been in production on the mainland since 2010 and are nearly ready to be transported to Guernsey.
Ground works has begun with site levelling & piling. Steelwork is in Fabrication.
With the main building nearly finished, the external works of the building will be the main focus.
The Carteret development is progressing well, the finishes have now been applied to the walls.
